2Membership Eligibility

To register and use 888mega's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a region or country that prohibits or restricts the use of online betting platforms.
• Have not previously had an account banned or suspended by 888mega for breaching these Terms.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party in creating an account or conducting transactions on 888mega.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) 888mega account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the 888mega registration form.
• Keeping your account information regularly updated to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential. 888mega will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
• Notify 888mega immediately through official support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

888mega reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of their ID, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

888mega accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved local payment methods. All deposits are in RM and no foreign currency conversion is required.

5Withdrawal of Funds

888mega processes all valid withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. For new accounts or first-time withdrawal requests, processing may take up to 24 hours for security verification purposes.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 888mega account holder.
• If there is an active bonus in your account, the bonus wagering requirement (wagering requirement) must be fully met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• 888mega reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

6Bonus & Promotions

888mega offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective promotion pages. General terms that apply to all 888mega bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount to be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically removed without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only activate one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Misuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the 888mega bonus system – including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly – is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

7General Game Rules

All games on the 888mega platform – including live casino, slots, poker, lottery, and table games – are governed by their respective game rules as provided by licensed software suppliers. Members agree that:

• All game outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. 888mega does not interfere with game results.
• Any technical decision or issue causing a match or game session to be interrupted will be resolved based on data recorded by the 888mega system, and that decision is final.
• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. 888mega is not liable for losses resulting from a lack of understanding of game rules.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to play is strictly prohibited.

8Sports Betting

The 888mega Sports Betting section covers over 28 sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), basketball (NBA), tennis, esports (MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2), and more. Specific terms for Sports Betting are:

• Minimum Bet: RM2 per single bet; RM5 per parlay bet.
• Odds Verification: The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. 888mega reserves the right to reject or void bets placed at odds shown due to a technical error.
• In-Play Betting: Bets confirmed during a live match are final and cannot be cancelled, unless the Cash Out feature is used before the relevant event occurs.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 72 hours of the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account.

9Prohibited Conduct

888mega members are prohibited from doing any of the following. Violations will result in strict action including account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse / bonus hunting).
• Transferring account balances to other members or acting as an intermediary for third-party betting.
• Using the 888mega platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward 888mega support staff or other members in any community forum.

10Account Closure & Suspension

888mega reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions stated in this document.
• Failed identity verification, or information found to be false or inaccurate.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Account closure requested by the member (including for self-exclusion under responsible gaming).

When an account is closed at a member's request (and not due to a violation), any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process within 5 business days.

11Privacy & Data Protection

888mega is committed to protecting the privacy of all its members in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. By registering an account with 888mega, you consent to us collecting, storing, and processing your personal information for platform operations, identity verification, payment processing, and service-related communications.

12Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 888mega, its directors, employees, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 888mega's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks by malicious parties.
• Game or betting outcomes disputed after 888mega's official appeals period has ended.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, 888mega services.

13Amendments to These Terms
